This past April I was the photographer for the Crowned One Productions California State Pageants (again). This is always a fun time, lots of shooting with lots of amazing young women! I met a lot of new people and saw a lot of the girls I have gotten to know very well in my past 3 years of doing pageant photography.One of the prizes the winners receive is a photo shoot with me the day after the pageant. These pictures are used for their autograph cards, business cards, the national pageant, and other official uses. The teen winner this year was Jennifer from Roseville, CA. She is so full of personality and a delight to work with. The expression on her face the moment her name was announced was still glued to her face the next day at our shoot and her excitement was there in full swing as well. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with and the camera LOVED her! Getting to know her during the shoot showed me how much she deserved to win this pageant and proved that she will be awesome as Miss Teen California – World!
This past June, Jennifer traveled to Houston, TX for the Miss Teen United States – World pageant where she represented her state and Crowned One Productions well! Jennifer came in the top 15 and she had a GREAT time. I am so proud to have been one of her supporters and I can not wait to see what this extraordinary young woman does in the years to come!
